Communication is a key component of successful outsourcing and Sword required a method of providing remote stakeholders and partners online access to relevant real-time project information. Also, a method to provide a single source of collaboration for Helpdesk requests, Support work, Project work and Documentation around a resource centric business model.

Sword and Gentec worked together to develop the “Dashboard” feature within PriorityOne so that Sword could provide client visibility of work-in-progress and status. Work requirements captured and administered using PriorityOne are dynamically aggregated to provide RAG status presented in a graphical format via the “Dashboard” view to complete the communication cycle.
