all work requests and documentation generated by Customers,
Business Partners and internally integrated with workload
administration to ensure expectations could be prioritised,
set and met. Also, to automate progress reporting to
stakeholders to reduce the project management overhead.
RQCS

could provide an end-to-end solution for all types of work
requests including online and paper-based reporting. Also, the
resource centric feature of PriorityOne meant that RQCS could
readily assess capacity requirements and quickly provide a
schedule of delivery timescale (including priority changes)
according to the needs of stakeholders.
