RQCS
are a niche IT development and consultancy specialising in
enterprise monitoring of hardware and software components.
RQCS relies on “Partnering” to deliver its solutions to a
worldwide market. Partnering extends RQCS business in terms of
resources required to deliver solutions and business
partnerships to market and sell solutions. RQCS
needed a solution that could act as a central repository for
all work requests and documentation generated by Customers,
Business Partners and internally integrated with workload
administration to ensure expectations could be prioritised,
set and met. Also, to automate progress reporting to
stakeholders to reduce the project management overhead. RQCS
adopted PriorityOne as the most cost efficient product that
could provide an end-to-end solution for all types of work
requests including online and paper-based reporting. Also, the
resource centric feature of PriorityOne meant that RQCS could
readily assess capacity requirements and quickly provide a
schedule of delivery timescale (including priority changes)
according to the needs of stakeholders. |
