Jordans are the UK’s market leader in company formation & company registration; a leading property search provider; a major player in the company search and business information sector; and the UK's leading independent law publisher and training provider.

The company had a busy IT department having to deal with several concurrent projects and a support desk. With no previous history of maintaining timesheets the introduction of a formal project methodology was a cultural change for the IT development team. The initial objective was for all work tasks to be registered and for resources to record activity so that metrics could be produced. The next stage was to develop an appropriate estimating model in order to set realistic expectations for the business.

PriorityOne was adopted as a Helpdesk and Timesheeting system within their IT department. PriorityOne provided the data repository, collaboration and process for effecting a more efficient estimating model so that tasks were properly analysed in terms of work content and prioritisation.
