Q. What platform does PriorityOne run on?
A. Because PriorityOne has been built on a 3-tier
architecture, it will
run on just about anything. PriorityOne has been successfully
installed and proven to run on IBM's pSeries, xSeries and
iSeries.
Q. What level of access can I expect?
A. The open architecture supports ease of access
from anywhere in the world; down to smart phone / PDA level
for alerts, tasks, timesheet updates etc.
Q. What database does PriorityOne use?
A. The standard database is Cloudescape (Apache Derby),
but because PriorityOne is built
to an n-tier architecture it could be used with DB2,
CloudeScape, Oracle or SQLserver).
Q. How secure is PriorityOne?
A. Each user is allocated a unique user ID and
password to access the system. Also, every option within
PriorityOne is controlled by internal security so that a user
can only access options he/she has been assigned.
