Unlike other solutions in the
market that provide a "blank sheet of paper" for the
user to complete (reactive timesheet) we use the workflow
manager to pre-fill the task workload for each resource
(proactive timesheet). This makes completing the timesheet
simple and quick for the user and ensures time is recorded

The
skills configuration is defined
by the business to reflect the levels and categories required
to reflect appropriate skills. .
At each level a
resource can be attributed a skill and a Competence/Recency level. This
provides greater focus when querying appropriate resources for

Gentec
offers an application for download to a Java enabled mobile
telephone or PDA. Once installed, the resource timesheet
workload is downloaded to the mobile telephone for the
resource to update time spent and changes in status. On
synchronisation, time booked and changes in task status is
uploaded to the server and the updated task list is sent to
the mobile telephone. The entire process is security

The
incident logging system has been designed to run as a Web
application allowing people who are not registered users of
the PriorityOne system to log incidents by creating tickets
which when qualified can be progressed and managed by
