Planning

The planning function contains many of the familiar features of a Gantt Chart styled planning and tracking tool such as Work, Dependency, Duration, Cost, Revenue, Notes, Documents (attached).  Where we differ is in the resource element.  Allocation of resource takes account of all existing commitments (whatever they are: holidays, other projects, support work etc,) and allows the tool to calculate the true end date for any allocated task and therefore. the duration.   Demo - Planning
